i always say...a great picture will make you feel something. these images from andrea and adam's engagement session-they make me feel...joy. actually i probably look a bit looney as i sit in starbuck's and start uploading images...i do in deed look like one happy little blogger.
we're celebrating fall just a little while longer…the pumpkins, the fruit stands, a walk by the lake... so beautiful.

andrea and adam will be getting married next season-looking forward to celebrating your love with you!
i met sarah and aaron at balls falls here in vineland for the engagement session... and we went on a little hike with 'honey'...

so grateful for the long fall we had this year... up until this morning, i've been going sock less in my toms and have finally given up on my dreams of having a white christmas.

we found a little magical forest for the two of them... it has to be magical...just look at them!

not sure what aaron siad but i wish i came up with it-look at the smile he got out of her-beautiful!

lookin' for looooove....? the stats at nwp show that there is a great chance you could find 'mr. or mrs. right'... at work. the last 3 couples i've blogged have all met eachother at the workplace-including chris and jennifer. they worked at a winery together....

one of their favourite pasttimes... polishing glasses-how cute are they?!

we met at southbrook vineyards last weekend for their engagement session and after a little wine tasting and a tour guided by chris (he works at the winery on fridays-don't be shy-do say hello)

we braved the winds and went for a stroll... so glad we did.

the sheep weren't out-but their lovely little shelter made for some cozy pictures.

does this blanket not want to make you curl up on the couch, with a tea by the wood stove...?

love the mischievous look on chris... and jenn's surprise-adorable!

lovely to spend some time with you two-looking forward to celebrating your wedding with you next summer!

keep cozy!
my thanksgiving weekend began with a little wine tasting at ravine winery. i'll get to the pictures but...let me just gush a little over this notl winery first...it has been a while since my last visit there and i was excited to see it's growth-they've been busy! if you have a free afternoon this weekend you should head on over while the weather is still nice... have a glass of wine, stay for lunch on their wrap around veranda, kick a soccer ball around...and be sure to check out the history behind the house...it's great story! what a charming place to spend an afternoon!

i met andrea and todd at the winery with their best man and maid of honour for a session-i always love to meet the couple before the wedding...meeting the wedding party too is an added bonus! they get to know me...i learn a little about them-and everyone is comfortable with me and my big camera for the wedding day. that afternoon i learned...
-that andrea is sometimes a little shy in front of the camera and she loves candidness in photographs
-that todd loves to kick a ball around-and he's pretty good at it
-that back light is a beautiful thing. mmmm.
-that andrea and eric, the best man, share a love for cheese... (but at least they acknowledged their problem and stayed out of the cheese section at the winery)
-that andrea's sister stephanie has such a 'big' personality and i love how she adds to the party!
-that todd and andrea couldn't have pulled of a 3 week wedding planning extravaganza without eric and her sister, steph...
that's right...i said 3 weeks.
but what they needed to unwind the day before the wedding...what they REALLY needed...was a niagara wine tour.
(oh and i learned that when a wedding pulls together a family for some much needed time together...it is a very good good thing. loved watching this group together)

here are a few images from that warm october afternoon at ravine:

a special thanks to niagara classic transport again for being so fabulous!
i have a love-hate relationship with long weekends-it was a lovely thanksgiving day off work, but my list of things to do piled up on my time off. andrea and todd's wedding, as well as kendra and kyles's wedding, will be coming to the blog soon. we'll also have another trailer for an upcoming film... AND...
the best man speech of the year award goes to...
i know. so much to share, so little time! enjoy your weekend lovelies!
good monday morning- i hope you had a fabulous weekend! i'm loving the cooler weather-a good reminder that fall is just around the corner. my sweaters have migrated down from the top shelf of my closet!
this morning, i'd love for you to welcome kyla and jesse to the blog! and because the first time they were introduced was at a bowling alley...why not return there for their engagement session! both admitting that they haven't bowled since, they played a few games- i'd be lying if i said it didn't get a little competitive ; )

ohhh...and this was just a warm up! the evening light was gorgeous and kyla had found the perfect location for a few more pictures...

kyla and jesse will be celebrating their wedding with the countdown on new year's eve!

wishing you a great week and don't be a stranger...more wedding goodness coming up!
